Cardiac arrythmia explosion by
RG
More than 90% of our grains and cereals (UK and abroad) are subject to a
pre-harvest spraying of roundup herbicide - a new but insane practice
started in 2003. This has massively increased residue levels to 100 PPM
and more, of this noxious substance in our bread and cereal. Research has...

oneamous
I tried pushups and could not even do one. I have tried swimming and
that did not help my running markedly. by help, i mean prevent
injuries to shin and groin.
You male or female? A guy who can't do a pushup... I do some
upper-body exercises to retain some strength and muscle on my skinny
bod. I...

* A Vegetarian, and Why ~ by
Twittering One
....and when for lunch, my hunger
Sharp-toothed, I opened my tin,
By thumb and forefinger, a tab pulled
Back, for my lunch I did anticipate,
And there I found within a Vienna sausage.
But O to my dismay ~ that teeny weenie,
A hollow, flacid thing, preserved
In liquid impure. So never again,
My...

Any of the 1997-1998 vintage rec.runners still rattling around in here? I'd
be glad to hear from you. In fact, does anyone still use this thing? Not
much posting going on I see. So where do running-obsessed people hang out
these days?
Not that far back of a visitor, but I still check...

Forefoot varus by
David Hallsworth
Yet another diagnosis to add to the list.....
I'm researching it myself, but does anyone have / is anyone familiar with
this?
Step one is having new orthotics built.
Step two? I gather this is a congenital defect arising from lack of torsion
on the foot, so it probably can't be corrected, per...
