Why are elliptical trainers so expensive? by Never_give_up
I went by my local fitness dealer and was looking over Precore machines. I noticed they range from the cheapest $2400 to the most expensive $6000. I use a Precor at my gym and would like one for my home so I wouldn't have to travel the 25 mile trip back and forth everyday to go to my nearest local...

Reebok TR3 treadmill by steve marchant
being searching for a reasonable treadmill under1000 (UK), and am focusing on the Reebok TR3 Powerrun machine - not least because of its large track area, eg. 20inches by 5 feet in their TR3 Powerrun machine. But I can't find an independent review of it. Treadmilldoctor only reviews the Reebok...

Tony Little Can, it seems, Read & Write by Proctologically Violated
Well, at least he can procure a ghost writer, altho one is not listed on his latest literary offering: 28 days to something-or-other sculpting blah blah blah. Actually, the book is really quite well-written syntactically, which is how I knows T.L. could not have penned that ditty in 10...

best exercise/physio ball? by paulpm
Are all exercise/physio/swiss, etc. balls the same? Is there a "best"? Some say "burst-proof" and others say "burst-resistant". I would imagine burst-proof is the way to go. Also, maybe some come with better exercises, charts. etc. Any info appreciated. Thanks in advance. Paul
