Hogg Apologizes to Garrison/Cardone by Screachy Preachy
.. Seriously.... I been over at rec.running, and OMIGOD.... They have an inbred character over there that absolutely is wreaking havoc. The normally stodgy and squeaky-clean rec.running--albeit with 90% of its posts asking "Why do I have _____ injury? I only ran 500 miles this week...."--is now...

I did a bunch of situps yesterday and now there is a spot near my belly button that's sore.. I can point to it. Is it a muscle soreness or something else inside? Has anyone actually experienced appendicitis and can it be exercise-induced? Thanks A.C.
