How many miles a week do you need to run under 3 hours for a marathon? by D Stumpus

Dress socks that feel like running socks by Steve Freides[_2_]
Hi. I don't run much any more but I still love my running socks and I'd like to find dress socks, or at least black socks, that are as comfortable. I searched the Internet, asked at Road Runner Sports, and have struck out. The closest I've come is some web sites that say they carry a sock...

Treadmill Mat Recommendations? by bgl
What's the surface you'll be putting it on? Carpet? (what type?) Tile? Wood? That can make a difference in what will work for you. I have a treadmill on a mat I bought at the equipment store at the same time. The underlying surface is plush-ish carpet w/ padding underneath, on a concrete floor....

Couch to 5K: Sprints instead of pace? by [email protected]
I'm reading more and more abt how a pace when running doesn't get you as fit as if you mix it up by running intervals. I've even read reports whereby soccer players are some of the fittest people in the world due to this star/stop nature of their running What you guys think? Should a beginner like...
