leg curls - stress on knees by shumway
I have seen posted here many times, but writers I respect, that leg extensions place a lot a stress on the knee. What about leg curls (hamstring curls), do they place undue stress on the knee?

Met-Rx Shakes by JJ
Has anybody had the "new" shakes? I think they're terrible. More calories, more fat, less thickness and horrible taste. It's like New Coke all over again. I'd like to get something going so that they at least make the "old" formula continue to be available. Any feedback is appreciated.

Occasionally I pick up some oatmeal or rice in bulk.. milk and cheese n stuff. But my wife does the majority of the cooking and she tends to buy stuff for our home meals. (and...

Genetic Predispositions by Bill Lumberg
I've been reading more and more lately that the ability to achieve a washboard ab section is genetic. Some say with enough calorie restriction anyone can attain it. Is there any evidence to support one side or the other? Bill
