I'm 5' 10", ~200lb and flabby. To reach my "ideal weight" I guess I ought to lose about 50lb. I have, until now, attended a gym for about 1 hour irregularly averaging 1 x / week doing a mix of weights and CV. I can increase this to 3 - 4x / week for 1 - 1.5 hours and can modify my diet...
