Lost Dutchman 10K race report by

I ran in the Lost Duchman Marathon's 10K race today. They have a
marathon, a half marathon, 10K, an 8K trail race, and a 2-mile fun run.
Last year I ran in the half, but I didn't think I could train for a half
this year coming off of a marathon in October, followed by surgery nine
days...

Hi runners. I was wondering if anyone experiences prickly, pins and
needles like feelings in their skin when they are finished with a run?
Particularly in places where the skin would stretch like over the quads
