Mon: 2k easy, 20' bike, 60' Ex bike 35km
Tue: 20km easy mostly on grass.
Wed: 14km including 11 x 600m hills, 20' bike
Thu: 2k easy.
Fri: 46km (29 miles) hilly trail. Total time 4:28.
Second longest ever run, both distance and
timewise... ...

Rethinking the Havasu Half Marathon by

I'm having second thoughts about entering the Havasu Half at Lake Havasu
City on April 4th. It's mostly about expense and driving, and a little
about concerns about not being ready for it. It's a 3 1/2 to four hour
drive from my house. That would entail at least one night, and probably
two...

Lost Dutchman 10K race report by

I ran in the Lost Duchman Marathon's 10K race today. They have a
marathon, a half marathon, 10K, an 8K trail race, and a 2-mile fun run.
Last year I ran in the half, but I didn't think I could train for a half
this year coming off of a marathon in October, followed by surgery nine
