Hood to Coast Relay tip, Week of August 10, 2003 by
Erik
With each team paying $900 there's a big incentive to put as many team
as possible on the course. There's very little marginal expense in

Hood to Coast Relay tip, Week of August 3, 2003 by
Erik
Course changes were announced recently. Additional changes are always
a possibility, but yesterday the course director told me he did not

My recommendation is to start with my...

Hood to Coast Relay tip, Week of July 27, 2003 by
Erik
Portland has had a warm and dry summer and the long range forecast is

list.
Supermarkets carry 2-1/2 gallon containers of water. They are easy to
store in a...

The Gazelle? LOLOLOL What a piece of ****, it comes nowhere NEAR a
NodicTrack CXT elptical trainer for a good workout, and for
simulating real running. You don't even bend your knees on that piece

Hood to Coast Relay tip, Week of July 20, 2003 by
Erik
I've got two tips this week because the while first one is critcial,
it is not relevant to most teams. Nevertheless, knowing about the
cavalier treatment accorded the teams that are at risk tells all teams
that they need to be very careful in assessing the information given
out and not given out by...

Silk sux as a base layer for even moderate activity, let alone running,
because it is poor at moisture transport and takes a long time to dry.

Who is Roger Hunter?
Ans: Roger Hunter is a real person. All the life events I've detailed
over the past 15 months really have happened to Roger and his family.
Who is 'Roger Hunter'?
