Training week ending July 18 2010
Recover from the humbling and hilly Harding Hustle 30k. That was about 3
hours at marathon effort. Legs pretty dead this week, but no soreness. Did
lots of hiking.
Mon: 10 1800' climb, hike ups, jog downs. Very slow.
Tue: 9 1200', hike ups, jog downs/flats.
Wed: 10 1800' jog very slowly all the way.
Thu: 9 1200' hike ups, jog downs.
Fri: 6 1000' hike up, jog down. Very sluggish/didn't give a rip
Sat: 12 1400', jog/run the whole thing.
Sun: 10 1800', run all the way, best I've felt since the race.
66 miles, 10,200' of climb, including about 30 miles of hiking.
