Great site. Now for those people doing weight training they would normally work up to 10 reps for building muscle size, why not do that for the abdominals. The only thing that stops one doing that is the strain it puts on the lower back when asking the abdominals to move such a greater load ie doing the abs to failure. join in the debate. Very informative. Also is it better to train each muscle differently each time therefore achieving the muscle stiffness the next day or is it better to change it up every 5 weeks or so and trying the basic one rep more technique. Interesting.
