Default WHERE TO START?

Hi to all!!
Id like to know how to start off bado tuning?
i mean im a bit skinny kid(5'7" 130lbs) and i wanted to do somehing
bout this by keeping in shape..
im planning to go to the gym but im afraid most of the instructors ive
visited has no professional license in instructing novice(i guess thier
body is the only license thay have)
ive been digging up all sort of stuff to start of my mission in toning
my body and have a six pack stomach(assuming) starting from food intake
to burning muscles but i havnt started yet..
hope you can gave me some hints...

Two of the most important attributes you're going to need are discipline
and attention to detail. You will exhibit those attributes when you reach
a point that you can write a newsgroup post that makes sense.

So...

Take some time and rewrite this mess of a message so that it makes sense,
post that, and then I'm sure someone will answer your questions.
