Gym or no gym

Gym is not necessary we can take a walk or running but if some one want to build his muscles size than he should keep touch with gym and using healthy food also.

As a rehab specialist, I prefer to prescribe exercises that can be done at home instead of going to the gym as adherence falls if the client is asked to take so much time off for their rehab.

If the client is at such an advanced stage of their rehab, then they will have to visit the gym for specific free weight exercises

Joining gym is the most amazing thing but what is more depressing is that people quits after few weeks.
