Default How to carry and use power gels in the water

Glue a loaf of bread to your head. The water will help keep the bread moist and fresh tasting...but watch out for feeding ducks and swans

Seriously though, never done this myself, but couldn't you duct tape a gel to the front of your wetsuit? Then flip on to your back and float for a few seconds while you refuel? You're obviously going to take a hit on your time and you'd need to get out of the way of other swimmers, but I guess this is an acceptable time sacrifice for being able to continue to race at distances that you enjoy...

Regs, Mark
