Default c. 1970s fitness program?

I remember seeing it in a Cub Scout handbook c. 1970s. I think it was
taken verbatim from the US military. It might have had a name like
5-X. Is this familiar to anyone? I'd like to compare it to existing
programs. Thanks, Leo
