Do exercise at least 5 times a week for minimum 30 minutes daily to get help in your weight loss purposes.

Why not consider hiring a personal trainer? The one hour sessions are filled with high impact exercises which bring better results than for example, 1 hour of running. This is a great way to loose weight and tone up as there is someone there stood with you to motivate you and achieve them fitness goals.
