Mon: Rest Day

Cooldown, total 7.15 mi.
Sun: 6.3 mi easy. I am a bit stiff today, but the run helped.

Total: 35.68 mi

Seems like a lot of speedwork! When's the grand prix season?

Hi Tony-

It is! We do 3x a week. But the Grinders seem to take a big share of
the local placings, so I'm going to give it my all. Season's actually
started, I couldn't make the first race, but the next is in March, last
is in November. (One race is dropped anyhow).
