I don't know about the site, but the book Body For Life (Bill
Phillips) is not crap. It is, pure and simple, exhaustive weight
lifting, with maybe a little yuppie-spin.
But not practical, IMO. And not necessary. Good as a point of
reference, but most likely more Oprah fuel.
