Default Body Fat Control and Calories burned

To my knowledge:

Body Fat control is NOT just about calories burned, or even calories taken in.

Muscle mass is a very important factor. Increasing muscle mass will mean that
you burn more calories even when you are sleeping.

Training is important. Training will cause muscle to start storing more
glycogen. This too reduces the calories that go to fat cells.
