Default excercise routine

once a week, total super slow..i'm thinking

10x12 military press
10x2 bench
3x5 squat

eat low carb, high protein and plenty of aminos that week.
do yoga for recovery.

then next week

10x12 bench press
10x2 curls
3x5

eat high carb, high protein and cycle thru some d-bol and and
androsol

3rd week

10x12 deadlifts
10x2 lying leg curls
3x5 cable crossoveres

4th week

take this week, do more yoga and possibly some spinning and aerobics.

what do you guys think?
