Default 2004 World Aquatic Championship moved from Montrel to Long Beach California?

It appears that FINA decided to move 2004 World Aquatic Championship from
Montreal to Long Beach California due to financing problems. Official
annoucement should be made soon...

Wow, that's huge.

I also read that the Duel in the Pool with Australia will be held in
Irvine next year. The Woolett Aquatic Center, I presume.

So huge windfall with Southern California swimming. Bring it on!!
