hey,

trying to build some toned muscle, ideally i would like to look liked brad
pitty in fight cube or maybe david blaine when he came out of he cube he
was in.

anyway, if i do weight lifting i'm afraid of building up too much muscle so
i've been doing a lot of pilates instead. so for the last few weeks i've
tried this while following the Zone diet and it hasn't worked.

now i'm thinking, hey...maybe i should lift some weights to buid on more mass.

what is the best way to do this without also adding on fat?
