Default Training week ending July 18 2010

Greetings wreck runners! Please tell us about your training week and

A few 10k practice runs on pavement, with 1500ft elev gain, 2 downhill,
1 up, & a 60mile bikeride.
Today, a 7.2mi hillclimb trailrun on the other side of the mountain. Great
fun in perfect weather, 1:11:00, slightly above my best time for this course
but 7min better than last year, and I was only a little tired at the end,
just how I like it.
Next up is a 100miler & later a 50k, both with 20k+ of elevation change and
good scenery.
