i've tried caffine,asprin,and ephedrine together..it worked ok...
tried stacker 3 and got alittle dizzy
hat do you people take to carry you into along workouit...

Have some good carbs about 1 hour before your workout -thats all you need.
Don't take too much caff and ephedrine...after a while it will make you ****
fenceposts.
